Many Voices, One Tennessee: Preserving Stories of the Past, Present, and Future

The theme for the 2026 Annual Meeting is Many Voices, One Tennessee: Preserving Stories of the Past, Present, and Future.

The Society of Tennessee Archivists invites proposals that engage with the theme "Many Voices, One Tennessee." Proposals received by August 14, 2026 will receive first consideration.

The registration fee for this year's Annual Meeting is $100. Registration closes on September 18, 2026.

Sessions will take place at the following location:

General visitor parking is available from the following locations for an hourly rate of $3/day with a $15/day maximum:

Parking requires a visitors permit, available through the University of Memphis Parking and Transportation Services. A daily Visitor Parking pass costs $3. 

Visitor permits may also be purchased in Parking and Transportation Services located at 505 Zach Curlin Parking Garage.

Book a single king room at the rate of $149/night. Rates are subject to state and local taxes, which are currently 18.75% per room, per night.

Reservations must be made by September 19, 2026 to guarantee the discounted group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of making the reservation.
