The Society of Tennessee Archivists welcomes sponsors for the 2026 Annual Meeting. Your sponsorship dollars make it possible for the Society to offer affordable registration fees for conference attendees.

Item Level Sponsors enjoy the following:

  • Display of their organization's pamphlets, flyers, and/or swag.
  • Acknowledgement of their organization in the program.
  • Inclusion of their organization's logo in the program.

Contribution: $250

File

File Level Sponsors enjoy the following:

  • Display of their organization's pamphlets, flyers, and/or swag.
  • Acknowledgement of their organization in the program.
  • Inclusion of their organization's logo in the program.
  • Brief presentation to attendees not to exceed ten minutes.

Contribution: $500

Series

Series Level Sponsors enjoy the following:

  • Display of their organization's pamphlets, flyers, and/or swag.
  • Acknowledgement of their organization in the program.
  • Inclusion of their organization's logo in the program.
  • Brief presentation to attendees not to exceed ten minutes.
  • Email distributed to all attendees on behalf of your organization following the conference.

Contribution: $750

Collection

Collection Level Sponsors enjoy the following:

  • Display of their organization's pamphlets, flyers, and/or swag.
  • Acknowledgement of their organization in the program.
  • Inclusion of their organization's logo in the program.
  • Brief presentation to attendees not to exceed ten minutes.
  • Email distributed to all attendees on behalf of their organization.
  • Logo and a link to their organization on all Society webpages for a year.
